We at Total Drainage Services have recently become a registered ISO 9001 firm. Our Internal Quality Management standards have been internationally recognised as being officially certified by the British Standards Institute.
All of our services satisfy customer requirements and comply with regulations that are applicable to the services we provide. We are now working towards our ISO 14000, which will provide us with an Environmental Accredation.
This accredation specifies the requirements for our environmental managements system and applies to environmental aspects that we have control over. This will help us to gain better management of environmental risks and mainly make an important statement about our environmental credentials.
